Continuing Jack’s legacy, Carlos is approaching all jobs with the same tenacity and professionalism that was learned from Jack. Carlos has learned the business from the lowest to highest points. Starting as a laborer and training and cross training in all areas of the business directly under Jack. We are committed to bringing you the same excellent results that you have been used to from Marr Construction for many years to come.
As president of Marr Construction, Carlos works personally with every homeowner on the design and scope of projects as well as directly supervising production and construction teams ensuring 100% satisfaction.

As I embark on a new chapter, I am excited to announce that I have transitioned to a role as a consultant/advisor for Marr Construction. In this capacity, I will continue to share my expertise and passion supporting the company’s growth with the same quality and attention to detail that Marr Construction is known for.
Carlos Hernandez has worked for Marr Construction for several years. He has been a dedicated employee, demonstrating a consistent eagerness and drive to grow personally and professionally. I am proud to support him now as he takes over Marr Construction as the new President, and continues the great work that the Marr Construction team has built together.
